When shall I RSVP by?

Accepted Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is March 1st, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as a no. We need to provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Accepted Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If you’ve been invited with a plus one, they’ll be clearly named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question 3

Do you have a gift list?

Accepted Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. As we know travelling to Spain is already a big commitment, please don’t feel any obligation to bring or give a gift.
For those who have kindly asked, a small contribution towards our honeymoon would be warmly appreciated — but please know it is absolutely not expected.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family and members of the wedding party.

Question 5

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony, as we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us in that moment. We’ll have a photographer and videographer capturing everything.

After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and videos. We’d just ask that you hold off on posting any photos of us on social media until we’ve had the chance to share a few ourselves.

We’ll also be using POV, a disposable-style photo app where guests can take photos throughout the day, but no one can view them until they’re all revealed afterwards. Thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes!!! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer during dinner and an open bar for the party. We want you to have the best time so the drinks are on us.. but that hangover is on you!

Is the wedding outside?

Yes (as the sun will be shining hopefully). The ceremony and reception will be outside on the main grass lawn so please make sure to dress appropriately & keep hydrated throughout the day. We will be providing fans & a water station!

Where do I park?

There is very limited parking near the villa, so we recommend arriving by taxi or using Uber/Bolt where possible. This is also the easiest way to travel into Marbella if you’re heading out at any point during the weekend.

Where should I fly to?

We recommend flying into Málaga Airport (AGP), as it’s the closest and easiest option. There are also several other nearby airports with good transport links, including Seville and Gibraltar, if those work better for you.

What do I need to bring?

Along with your outfits for the weekend, please remember:

• a plug adapter
 • to check your passport expiry, especially with the new EU entry rules
 • swimwear for pool time
 • travel insurance
 • any personal essentials you might need

What do we do for food and drink?

Breakfast will be provided each morning. Dinner and drinks on the first night are covered, as is all food and drink on the wedding day. Food and drinks at La Ola are also covered.

Lunch is not provided, so guests are very welcome to head out for lunch or pick up anything they fancy from local supermarkets, completely up to you. There will also be snacks and drinks available at the villa throughout the weekend.

What time does the wedding start?

For the ceremony, please arrive at the main lawn at Villa Susana on Friday June 12th from 5pm for a 5:30pm start. Unfortunately any guests that arrive once the ceremony has begun, will not be able to attend.
